Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

1 Power supply fault Medium The display shows the number 1, which may flash or appear alongside a temperature reading. View 2 Condenser fan fault Medium The display shows the number 2, indicating the controller has detected reduced airflow or a condenser fan fault in the machine compartment. View 5 Sealed system fault High The display shows the number 5 and cooling performance degrades rapidly. View C1 Communication fault Medium The panel shows C1; the display may go blank or show erratic readings intermittently. View DEF Defrost fault High The control panel shows DEF continuously or cycles the code with the current temperature. View DOOR Door open or seal fault Low The panel shows DOOR or a door-open alarm tone sounds after the door has been left open beyond the alert threshold (typically 60–120 seconds). View F1 Fridge thermistor fault Medium The display panel shows F1 continuously or flashes the code at intervals. View F2 Freezer thermistor fault High The control panel displays F2 continuously, sometimes alternating with the current temperature reading. View F3 Ambient sensor fault Low Panel shows F3; the refrigerator may continue cooling normally because ambient data is used for optimization rather than direct control. View FAN Fan motor fault Medium The control panel shows FAN and may also display an elevated temperature reading for one or both compartments. View FF Compressor overload High The control panel shows FF and the refrigerator may stop cooling entirely.
