Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

C1 Cycle fault Low The drawer finishes the cycle but displays C1 to indicate that the cycle did not complete all phases within expected parameters. View C2 Rinse cycle fault Low The drawer completes the wash but flags C2, indicating the rinse or final programme phase did not meet the expected performance parameters. View F1 Flood fault High The DishDrawer display flashes F1 and the drawer locks in the closed position, refusing to start a wash cycle. View F2 Electrical fault High The drawer displays F2 and stops the current wash cycle, or refuses to start a new one. View F3 Element fault Medium The code appears once the controller determines the water has not reached the required wash temperature within the expected time. View F4 Thermistor fault Medium The code appears after the wash fills with water and the controller takes a temperature reading that falls outside the expected range. View F5 Lid actuator fault Medium The DishDrawer shows F5 and will not begin washing because the controller cannot confirm the drawer lid is in the correct closed position. View F6 Wash motor fault Medium The drawer fills with water and attempts to start washing, then displays F6 and stops when the controller detects the motor is not running or drawing abnormal current. View F7 Water inlet fault Medium The code appears early in the cycle when the drawer is attempting to fill with water, indicating insufficient water has entered within the expected time. View F8 Drain fault Medium The code appears during or at the end of the drain phase when the controller determines the tub has not emptied within the expected time. View F9 Drawer communication fault Medium On double-drawer models, F9 appears when the two drawer control boards lose communication with each other through the inter-drawer connection. View U1 Drawer open / not latched Low The drawer shows U1 and will not begin washing — it is a safety interlock, not a component failure. View
