Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
C Zone communication fault Medium One zone shows C and the adjacent linked zone or bridge zone deactivates simultaneously. View E1 Inverter overheating High The affected induction zone powers down immediately and displays E1; the remaining zones may stay active. View E2 Coil sensor fault Medium The affected induction zone displays E2 and will not activate; other zones continue to work normally. View E3 Surface overheat fault High The zone switches off without warning during cooking and displays E3; the H (hot surface) indicator remains lit. View E5 Bridge zone fault Medium Pressing the bridge zone button displays E5 and the combined zone does not activate; individual zones may still work. View ER Touch control error Medium The display shows ER and the entire touch panel becomes unresponsive; the cooktop cannot be operated. View F2 Power supply fault High The entire cooktop powers off and displays F2; no zones respond to touch inputs. View F4 Gas ignition fault Medium The ignition system clicks continuously when the knob is pressed but the burner does not light. View F5 Flame failure fault Medium The burner ignites normally but the gas valve closes and the flame dies as soon as the knob is released to the run position. View F7 Residual heat sensor fault Medium The hot-surface indicator stays lit long after the zone has cooled, or never illuminates even immediately after use. View L Child lock active Low Every touch control is locked; pressing zone or power buttons has no effect and L remains on the display. View U Pan not detected Low The selected induction zone flashes U and does not heat, even though a pan appears to be in place. View
